Message from the Chair
 Welcome to the Conflict Resolution and Reconciliation program at Abilene Christian University. The 36-hour Master of Arts (M.A.) degree and 15-hour certificate programs are designed to equip leaders and professionals with the tools for managing conflict and provide the negotiation skills needed to restore and develop productive environments.
This depth of preparation is invaluable to those who are seeking a career in dispute resolution or who find themselves with significant peacemaking opportunities in their chosen careers.
